  • 1 new potato
  • 1 leek early
  • 3 kidney beans
  • 2 leaves of chervil
  • 25 cl of milk in a row
  • 1 tip of butter knife


Wash the leek, keeping only the white and the third of the green. Cut into strips and the potato washed but not peeled. Rinse the chervil. Pour into a saucepan with three quarters of a liter of cold water and cook for 45 minutes. Switch to the blender then pour back into the pan with the milk. Heat to a good temperature. Add the butter and serve.
